Do any of you lift weights much? I do that as much or more than my cardio workout and I'm just a little frustrated with adding my workouts to the log here! I'm just wondering if it's me and there is a trick to make it easier!

I found weight lifting hard to log here too. I ended up just keeping track with my heart rate monitor and then logging in the calories burned manually. Then I would just repeat that same entry instead of having to continually search for the specific exercise.0

I had someone else tell me they could log the exercise calories manually. I'm going to have to look for that feature! Thanks for the information!0
