What is your daily calorie intake?

I work a few days a week to sit at my desk. Other than that I am quite energetic, always busy. Walking my dog, cycle a few times a week, running errands. At different websites I entered my activities and calculated around 1200 calories. Would that be enough, do I need less than that? How is yours and how active are you?

My goal is around 1300 a day. But I am also trying to get at least 30min a day of exercising five times a week.0

If you are very active like you say, then I would assume you would need more than 1200. How much do you weigh?
I'm 122.6lbs & eat almost 1700 cals a day. My TDEE is 1850-2050 depending on the day. And I'm pretty much sedentary. I lift heavy 3 days a week, light cardio 3 days rest 1. I'm a online student/housewife. I don't think I'm very active at all.0 -
1530 calories and I eat my calories back. I average about 5 forty, min workouts 5 times a week.0

My goal is 1500 and I try to get at least a 30 min workout 4 times a week...sometimes it's a 60 min workout 3 times a week. I try not to eat back all my calories that i've burned though0

I'm currently 134lbs. On workout days I eat 1800-2000 calories. On non workout days I eat 1300-1500 calories.0

My daily intake is 1370, I earn anywhere from 400-700 on workout days. I try to eat those back but its difficult because we workout late at night.0

1200 - 1400 calories
I work out everyday and try to burn off atleast 300 calories and eat half of them back0 -
my calorie goal is 13500

Usually around 1200, but I'm very sedentary. Stretching exercises in the morning, at night, and lots of walking. Plan to start mild arm weights and elliptical three times a week soon.1

I eat 1200-1500 per day. It all depends on how much exercise I can get it-- I usually eat back some of my exercise calories, but I try to not gobble back up ALL of them!0
-
I'm 5'4" and my daily calorie allowance is 2040 all days--on workout days I eat back any calories burned over 395 (ex. If I burn 500 calories through exercise, then I eat back 105, making my total for that day 2145). I'm also a member of the Eat More to Weigh Less group (EM2WL).0

My goal is 1200 but I'm under 5' and have an extremely sedentary job (which has been verified by my fitbit) and had a drop in metabolism after giving birth :P. I try to meet weekly goals vs. daily goals so some days I can eat over 2000 if I'm on track and have worked out. Or if I'm just satisfying a craving... lol. I think it just varies from person to person based on lifestyle and individual metabolism. I try not to sweat the numbers too much though.0

Thanks everyone for posting.
I'm 5'5 and 135-136. I am still trying to figure out what is best for me. I have a desk job. I run 5 times a week for between 35-50 minutes (depending on how much spare time I have) and play soccer one night a week and do ceroc dancing one night a week. My calories are set to 1400 and I usually eat back my exercise calories because otherwise I'm too hungry!0 -
5"5 and I eat around 13000

I eat 1700 cals on work out days(30 intense minutes, 5 days a week) and do not eat back cals, and I eat 1300 on days I don't work out.0

I'm 5'4" and currently 130 lbs. My daily goal is 1300. I just recently decreased my goal from 1350. Depending on the day and amount of exercise, I usually eat between 1200 and 1350 calories.0

I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 132lbs. with a new ultimate goal of 125lbs. I was stuck in a bit of a plateau and have been eating around 1300-1350 calories a day (and I typically work out for a minimum of 30 mins. 5-7 times/week and don't eat back my exercise calories) for the past two weeks and dropped 2lbs.0

5'3" and my MFP is set to 1250, but I have trouble eating that much most days.
Also, no one is discussing age which is a factor.0 -
I follow MFP's 1200 calorie + exercise cals. So with the exercise I do, I take about 1800-2000 a day On rest days I go 1600 because 1200 is just too few haha. I just listen to my body really0

I usually eat around 1000 - 1200 and if I eat out on the weekend I'll have 1300- 1400. Any more calories than that and I gain.0
-
I've upped my calories to 1600 with a little exercise and have still been losing weight and don't have to be hungry!0
-
Newly on the TDEE bandwagon Mine is 1530-1980 to maintain and 1240-1580 to lose. I do vinyasa and hatha yoga in a hot room daily and frequently hike, ski, or snow shoe on the weekends.0

Hi " HummieisMe "
You are so right except 4 one small word exchange , age isn't a factor, age is a HUGE factor!
Once people reach a certain age, true vigilence is required to lose and to maintain, the dropping metabolism isn't a myth.
To answer the question, my calories are 1200 and I do best when not eating back exercise calories.0
