    I ate pretty well and worked out 6/7 days so I am a little disappointed I did not lose anything. Maybe gaining some muscle? This week has also been very stressful with the semester winding down, so I am sure that is not helping. Going to try to cut some starchy carbs this week and try not to stress out over final to help kick my weight loss up a bit...bye bye pasta :)

    I weighed 151 when I started. Was down to 150 on they day after Thanksgiving. Finally I am
    down to 149 this morning. My goal is 145 by New Years Eve.
    I have followed the diet, tracked my foods regularly and exercized everyday, usually doing
    two hour workouts including weights, circuit training, yoga and spinning classes and other
    cardio. Four more pounds to go!

    Hi Everyone!

    My 2nd week was not that good because I didn't progress much due to my travelling but this week went great.

    Starting Weight: 142 lbs

    End of first week: 140 lbs
    End of 2nd week: 140 lbs

    Current Weight: 136 lbs (past my GW1: calls for celebrations!!!)

    Goal Weight: 132 lbs

    I started at 13 pounds lost, and my goal was to lose 5 more by New Years. I've exceeded that while on vacation during Thanksgiving and a wedding celebration without access to a scale most of the time. I'm very consistent with recording my food and it is working for me. For me the whole issue has revolved around portion control.

    So far in this challenge I have lost 1.6 Woop.... So sad... but I still have three weeks to get more off....

    Didn't lose as much as I wanted - didn't drink enough water before my weigh-in. Hopefully next week will be 2+ lbs!
