    Nothing to add today. Very low on energy due to donating blood yesterday. Will get a good swim in tomorrow and I promised by dog a trip to the beach on the weekend!

    Really loving this idea though. Made me rush home just to finish off my bits for the week (out tomorrow for the Team Christmas Do).

    Hello everyone, I am back online. :happy:

    Unfortunately I ended up coming down with pneumonia on Saturday- went to the doctor on Monday... and finally felt good enough to work out today...

    So, I will probably NOT be completing week one by tomorrow... as I have only done 55 minutes of cardio as of today... Next week, I am going to definitely finish!!!!

    220 jumping jacks
    257 situps
    227 cardio

    had wanted to do the heavyweight one as well but just not enough time in the day. on to this week!
