I was BAD all during the beginning and middle of the week..even ate pizza one night. But, I have a diff mind set now and I hope it stays with me. I also hope my back lets me exercise most days! well, no change this week, but that's because I kinda fell off the wagon a little. I don't think I ever ate enough to actually gain, but I guess I ate enough to stall. I was feeling pretty awesome last week which usually makes me loose track until I start feeling gross again (which I now do). hopefully 30 Day Shred Level 2 helps out these next 8 days.0 -

I am really happy about this week since I was on mini vacation/staycation, which meant much more eating out and travelling but instead of focussing on the food, I focussed on the people and the activities. And many thanks to my darling daughter who let me just have a taste of all her treats rather than ordering my own!! Happy Dance - broke 110lbs total lost today, only 40lbs more to go!!!0 -
So....last Sunday was a cheat day and I kinda went a little overboard :blushing: . Surprisingly, I got the 2lbs I gained off plus another 0.8 so I am happy overall. Tomorrow is the Dept Christmas Potluck...going to try to be good.
