I did this for a hot for halloween group, and I think it helped a lot!
So you post your goals and find someone who has similar goals. They will be your accountability partner. You check in with each other weekly and update them on your progress and offer suggestions back and forth. If your accountability partner doesn't check in with you, then you check in with them and help keep them on track.

I do a lot of walking for my job. I average about 5 miles per day (*AT* work). So I don't really count that as my exercise for the day. I need to get back to doing my DVDs again.. ugg. I was sick and in bed for almost 4 days a couple weeks ago and I am just now getting over it. So.. here's to hoping0 -

I forgot to add my challenge goal is to lose about 15 lbs. I am hopeful that by Jan 1 I'll be about 195. So that would put me at 180 by the end of the 10 weeks!0
