I do a lot of walking for my job. I average about 5 miles per day (*AT* work). So I don't really count that as my exercise for the day. I need to get back to doing my DVDs again.. ugg. I was sick and in bed for almost 4 days a couple weeks ago and I am just now getting over it. So.. here's to hoping
I forgot to add my challenge goal is to lose about 15 lbs. I am hopeful that by Jan 1 I'll be about 195. So that would put me at 180 by the end of the 10 weeks!0 -
