    GW: I don't really have a goal weight. I've never been small so I have no idea what my body is going to do after I lose weight. I'm guessing around 140lbs
    Preferred work-outs: Elliptical with some Wii Zumba thrown in the mix.

    Exercise: I like walking my dog. But will also go back to Zumba, bootcamp dvd and Zumba dvd sessions. I would like to start jogging but I dont have the confidence for people to be judging me from their windows yet :(

    GW: 130'ish lbs (I will re-evaluate when I get closer)
    Preferred work-outs: Zumba DVDs, Jillian Michaels' DVDs

    I do a lot of walking for my job. I average about 5 miles per day (*AT* work). So I don't really count that as my exercise for the day. I need to get back to doing my DVDs again.. ugg. I was sick and in bed for almost 4 days a couple weeks ago and I am just now getting over it. So.. here's to hoping

    I forgot to add my challenge goal is to lose about 15 lbs. I am hopeful that by Jan 1 I'll be about 195. So that would put me at 180 by the end of the 10 weeks!
