I love the bodyrock / zwow videos & am going to start using them for my Wednesday cardio. I already lift 4 days a wk & since i'm cutting I need to bump up my cardio. In addition to these, I'll be doing [carddeck] plyometrics and some hiit treadmill / eliptical action. Can't wait!
