December 16-22 Lighter Weight Challenge

All right everyone... Our challenge this week is as follows...

1. 240 Minutes of Cardio
2. 200 Lunges
3. 250 Sit Ups
4. 60 minutes of Pilates/Yoga/Stretching/Swimming

I made it a little harder, because I was not able to finish last week's due to my sickness!

    Lunges are pretty bothersome for my hips so I'm replacing it with stair climbing. Almost finished for this week!

    This has been a tough week. I'm over half way done, but I'm also eating more and not doing as much cardio as usual. Not looking forward to weigh in day!

    I gave blood (knew I'd not do cardio that day) and then got sick. Recouperating slowly. I am going to push it but may not get it all in.

    Not quite there but it was a good effort. Bring on the next challenge :drinker:
