    Daily Calorie Goal: 1500
    CW: About 176 (been flexing between 175 and 178)
    GW: 155lbs
    Preferred work-outs: Currently doing 30DS. Like heavy lifting, pilates, running/walking, basically anything, I suppose (but have an injury so I can't work out as much as I'd like to)

    I'm a little older, taller, and my calories are a little less but other then that we are pretty much the same. :)

    I think that a few years, and the small differences in calories won't even matter. You have found an accountability twin in me. Looking forward to the progress we will make together!

    Goal Weight for this challenge: 74kgs (163lbs) or thereabouts.

    I am close to Goal. Now I am strengthening, detoxing for the New Year, continuing my love for Zumba and Dancing. I took a body composition test and my fat levels are HIGH for being soo small. I will be taking another body comp test next year, to see how I have improved. Love my Pals but always nice twin! :drinker: Hope we find each other! I am doing the DO...while I wait :):)
