Progesterone and Estrogen While Dieting

I have been trying to research this, but the only things I'm finding don't offer anything helpful. In fact, most of them turn out to be selling progesterone pills. Is anyone aware of research on this?

Are you talking about supplementation? Because that would be a bad thing, as estrogen and progesterone supplementation have been linked with major increases in cancer and disease risk.
If you're looking for just general research on how dieting affects estrogen and progesterone, that I've never really seen annything on.0 -

No, I am not taking any supplements. I am just having trouble finding anything online about these hormones, except for information on how they relate to the reproductive system. I am wondering if being in a calorie deficit for a long period of time can have an effect on them, since a calorie deficit can effect other hormones.0 -

Thanks Rock - I checked and realized I mis-remembered and it decreased both progesterone and estrogen.
