    Started at 300lbs the beginning of this year and I was diagnosed with diabetes (type II). Got to 255 on low-fat moderate-carb moderate-protein diet but I felt like crap all the time and would constantly almost fall asleep at work. Switched to Keto in earnest on November 13th and I ketoed through 13lbs so far.

    Hello, all. I mostly just lurk around Reddit, but feel free to add me anyways. :) Hoping to lose roughly 30 lbs to get to my pre-college weight. I'm mostly taking Keto for a test run until the new year, when I move into my apartment at school and can buy all of my own keto-friendly groceries (staying at my parents' house for the holidays). I'm hoping with some support I will stick with it!
