At the end of 8 weeks, it would be great to be down to 140. But for sure no more than 143. Seven pounds in 8 weeks should be reasonable, right?!

Hey Ladies (I don't think I passed any men, but if I did- SORRY)....
My current group ends next week so this is awesome.
I'm a bride to be - March 9... Have dropped about 15+ inches and 12 lbs since Oct. 1.
Feeling great!
That being said, I'm off to Mexico for TWO weeks leaving on Sunday. I will weigh first thing when I return and hope to have maintained/lost if possible. I'm very focused on maintaining my fitness level and will do my protein shakes per the usual... Hoping to just not overindulge.
