Hi everyone! I'm *almost* at my goal now, but I'm finding myself losing commitment for the final stages. I'm hoping being a part of a group will help!

My SW for the sake of the group is 150.4 (but it is the TOM)
My official start weight was 200
At the end of 8 weeks, it would be great to be down to 140. But for sure no more than 143. Seven pounds in 8 weeks should be reasonable, right?!
Overall goal weight: 120.
This is my first group so I hope I'll know where to come back to every Thursday!

Hey all!
Great to see everyone so positive at this time of holiday indulges The holidays have brought a bit of a stall to my weight loss, but there will just be a week and then a fresh start. I am going to be in a couple of different challenges in the new year, but it is always nice being part of different groups and finding new friends!
SW - 171lbs
GW for challenge - 150-155 range
I don't want to set too low of a goal weight, but I figure I can lose 15-20lbs in eight weeks. I will be thrilled to be in the 150's again!
