    I mostly walk. I always fizzle out after two weeks of a structured workout such as Zumba, WII workouts, etc. I like the idea of weekly mini workouts. I've doing pretty good with this with the last group I was with.

    I am close to Goal. Now I am strengthening, detoxing for the New Year, continuing my love for Zumba and Dancing. I took a body composition test and my fat levels are HIGH for being soo small. I will be taking another body comp test next year, to see how I have improved. Love my Pals but always nice twin! :drinker: Hope we find each other! I am doing the DO...while I wait :):)

    GW: lose 25lbs - from challenge starting weight.
    Preferred work outs: Running (some call it jogging) and elliptical. Once I get to 250lbs, I will begin implementing strength workouts into my exercise plan.
