Put off Stage 2 until possibly the new year? I have been so busy with getting ready for Christmas that I have only done day one of Stage 2. I was thinking of putting it off for a week or so. I have a minor medical procedure scheduled for next Friday and I know I won't be able to do any heavy lifting for a few days after that.
My main concern is that I'll be setting myself back. If so, so be it. Should I start over at Stage 1 if I do put it off? I don't want to mess myself up and not be able to do anything! I was going to my dvd's between now and restart. Anyone have an opinion?
Thanks!!!

I think it would be fine if it's only a matter of an extra week or so.0

I think you'd be fine. Did you take off between Stages 1 and 2? I know many people don't take much (if any) time. I think taking time off is really helpful and you usually come back stronger. So I don't think a week (even 2) will hurt.0
