    Hi everyone! I'm new here and really looking forward to next years challenge.

    My stats are..

    Age: 30
    Height; 175cm (5'8")
    Daily Calories: 1250ish
    Current Weight: 80kgs (176lbs)
    Goal Weight for this challenge: 74kgs (163lbs) or thereabouts.

    Any potential twins out there?

    Nearly forgot. My favourite workouts are crossfit (still learning), walking, tennis and renovating haha.

    My stats are:

    Age: 30
    I am 5' 7"
    Daily Calorie Goal: 1200-1300
    SW: (in October) 196 lbs. - really wanted to start losing weight before I hit 200
    CW: 176-180 lbs. (need to weigh myself again; I've been working out a lot this past 2 weeks)
    GW: 156 lbs.- I would like to lose two pounds a week
    UGW: 140 lbs.
    Preferred Work outs: started doing Body Beast because I have learned I love to lift, started running, walking my dog, my collection of workout DVD's. I might do Jillian Michaels Body Revolution while doing this challenge since someone just gave it to me as a Xmas gift.

    I just recently got serious about getting healthy and also just started using this site (though I signed up a while ago).

    SW: 260lbs (118 kg)
    CW: 226.4lbs (102.7 kg)
    GW: below 190 in 10 weeks ( around 86 kgs)
    Workout: none so far as I first wanted to reach a wt where I could atleast start excercising, but will join a gym in january.

    My food intake is usually lower than 1000 as that works for me and I am never hungry as I eat a lot of vegetables and fibre intake is quite good, i just limit my cereal n pulses intake but I may have to increase once I start excercising.

    Hey Beachgirl - do you have a twin yet? If not - maybe we could motivate each other.
    I'm 44yrs - around 212 - 215 lbs - ( I don't want to step on the scale until after Christmas - been doing alot of baking/sampling. . .)
    Hoping to lose 10-15 lbs during the 10 weeks.

    My daily calorie intake: 1660
    My preferred work out: spin class and cardio. Weights will be coming as soon as I can get cleared for it.

    Exercise: Currently doing the Insanity series; but when that is finished I'll go back to running, doing the elliptical, and maybe some fitness classes here and there when I can fit them into my schedule. I also do weight lifting as well.

    I'd like to lose 15 pounds in this challenge. I don't think we can get much more similar, if you haven't found someone else!
