Well today i walked on the treadmill 1 hour. did biggest loser for 40 minutes. and it was the perfect ending to a rotten week i drop a dumdbell on my toes lol.

Okay, I'm officially taking it day by day and just taking the rest of the holiday off lol. I LOVE to exercise - its fun for me and keeps me in a good mood.But, I've gone and hurt my foot/leg, and I can't exercise because I need it to heal. I want to run around- but I can't .
