    I was going to start last week and that didn't quite work out, so I'm starting the 31st (only because I want a Monday start date) so is that close enough?? :tongue:

    I will be starting on Monday (optimally), Tuesday or Wednesday. I have been sick the last few days and have to see how quickly I recover. Count me in!

    today I'm actually completing my first cycle of the program. Can't wait to start again!

    I am starting then too but most likely on Monday the 31st. I am not good with the group thing but will try it out to see if that keeps me more accountable.

    I tried restarting last week and did it the 4 days but this week has sucked. lol So I will restart Monday. Restarting for me is just starting on phase 2 again. I still have enough strength to skip the first phase.

    This program kicks butt!

    count me in. am hoping my knees will cooperate, they did not like turbofire! the post seem to say this prgram is easier to modify? am starting Monday. woohoo!

    My knees bothered me with 30DS and Ripped in 30 so hoping this won't hurt them too much. I did buy knee braces and will modify when I have to somehow.

    Workout 1 complete! Should be ok on knees I have done banish fat boost metabolism and no more trouble zones and at least workout 1 seems to built you up to more complex moves in later weeks more gradually than these to work out dvds.

    I'm starting tomorrow (Jan. 1). I planned on starting today, however, I had the flu this weekend. I'm excited to commit to the full 12 week program!

    Okay I was going to do a round of the Shred as I did that in Dec, the though of doing the same workout day in day our for 10 days is just not what I want to do right now, as I was just about to do it I changed my mind, I have BR so decided to do that instead - I'm also doing DDP yoga beginners level, which I started Yesterday

    Off to do workout one :)

    I'm going to be alternating vinyasa yoga and JMBR each day.

    Feel free to post your daily workout even if it isn't JMBR -- many of us seem to be mixing it up!

    Workout one done :) And it was a refreshing change from the shred :) I'm going to take measurements and before pics etc and intend to follow it as the set program!

    I started today. I really hope to finish this time. I have a week long vacation in a few weeks where I won't be able to follow the program. So I'm going to be a week behind everyone else since I will do an extra week of week 3 in lieu of starting completely over. I've started and stopped this program 3 times in the past 4 months so at this point I want to prove to myself that I can finish this more than achieving the physical results.

    I am starting tomorrow, this will be my second time through... I completed it last May, but now I haven't exercised in a few weeks so it will be hard!

    I did the weights dvd this morning. My arms are feeling it!

    I may do my own cardio not her dvd...not sure. I need to get back to my running.
