    I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for 60-90 minutes. I don't have any "cheat" days. I eat what I like, portion control and I will burn every calorie I can so that I can eat a bag of cheetos. :p

    My doc has me cutting out sugar and processed foods (I'm still working on it), and doing at least 40 minutes of exercise daily. I'm a huge fan of my elliptical, and just started learning how to hoop dance. I supplement with videos, kinect games, and wii games.

    Is my twin out there?

    I work in an office to. I dont carry change so easy for me to avoid the vending machines. Lol.
