My biggest cheat with food is chocolate - anything with chocolate...ugh!
One thing holding me back from being in my TOP shape is time. I am teacher and during the school year I spend 60+ hours per week doing school related things. I know it's not an excuse, but I am so tired by the end of the day that I am ready to collapse on the couch. Good thing I start a new teaching job mid-January that has a later start time, and I have a 30 min less commute. So, hoping to get exercise in before work!
I really enjoy yoga, it's a good overall exercise and it helps to rebalance me in my mind and my body.
I'd love to really get into some light lifting this year to help me to develop and tone the muscles.
My biggest trouble spot is my hips/thighs. I seem to build lots of muscle there when I do lose the weight, so they always seem to be big
I love my shoulders, no matter how much I slack they always seem to be toned and developed.

My food vices/ cheats include chocolate, frozen yogurt, and stovetop popcorn.
I am held back from being in top shape due to a lack of motivation to push myself as hard as I know that I need to. I generally like to have a coach or trainer yelling at me to get me going, but I obviously cannot depend on that; I need to find that motivation within myself. I am also held back by lack of proper workout techniques.
My favorite exercise is swimming and weight training.
I would love to try kickboxing and incorporate more calisthenics.
I generally love my core the most (my abs). I have usually been able to maintain a generally strong abdominal area...but a lot of the rest of my body has lost muscle tone. When I am fully toned (as I have been there before) I really like my butt/back/arms. My legs are my biggest problem area as they are always covered in even the finest of squishy fat layers, lol.
