Any one use eMeals?

I recently started Medifast to break through my plateau and lose the last 20-30 lbs. I was just curious if anyone on the plan uses eMeals? I just switched my current plan to Low Carb and am hoping it will provide me some good recipes that are Lean and Green friendly!

    Never heard of it. As long as it fits within the L&G guidelines, go for it. Whatever works to get you there, do it!
