    I'm 27, 28 in march, 5,5, 152lbs and our cals and goal weight are pretty similar!

    Daily Calorie Goal: 1500 (I don't eat back after working out though, just a solid 1500 regardless of activity)
    CW: 138-140 (I'll do an official weigh-in on the 31st) :)

    Preferred work-outs: I'm doing this free 30 day dumbbell challenge and I mix in some high intensity cardio between reps. I also love yoga, pilates, incline walking, and water aerobics.

    Daily Calorie Goal: 1200-1500 depending on level of activity, though I might start zig-zagging before the 10 weeks are over because I plateau really quickly
    CW: 136-ish, last time I checked
    GW: 125-130. I'm a slow loser and looking to gain some muscle as well, so I will be fine with a 5-10 pound loss in 10 weeks.
    Preferred work-outs: I'm a little ways through the 30 day shred, but that doesn't have enough cardio for my liking so I also throw in a bit of walking, the occasional dance class or hiking trip, a few short runs, and I LOVE HIIT in small doses.

    GW: 135-155 (I'd like to reach 150 by the end of 2013) my goal is 1 lb. per week. I exercise at a gym 4-5 days a week for 60-75 minutes. Mon and Fridays I go to turbo kick, Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to dance fitness, and Wednesday is a strength training class. I go as much as possible. I have a 2 yr old at home and a 7 yr old in school. They've been passing colds around like crazy. Anyone wanna be my buddy with similar goals?!?!? If so, please add me!
