food: I want to eat healthy, mostly organic, lots of raw food. I am mostly Vegan.
I would like to drink at least two 8oz plain waters per day, morning and night.
I would like to eliminate any form of diet soda, hot vanilla drinks at Wawa which is like a 7/11 or Quickie Mart.
I would like to find the healthiest form of hot choc drink for evening. check Whole Foods and Trader Joes
Exercise: I will go to the gym at least twice per week. When I am in New Zealand, I will walk, look for stairs, etc. (Jan 8-31)

I will be watching my calories, I will walk 30 minutes every day during my lunch hour (minimum). I will eat 1300 calories or less. I will move as much as I can....of course wish me luck as I can't seem to survive without my rice or bread.:laugh:0 -

Starting from todayI will get on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes for 5 days out of the week. I will cut all consumption of red meat, white rice (difficult) and white bread. A number one struggle for me is the size of my portions and the grams of fat in the food I eat so I am going to close attention to both with each meal. I am going to make sure that I get 2 daily servings of vegetables a day and that my daily snacks will ONLY consist of fruits or salads, excluding dressing. My #1 Rule will be NO JUNKFOOD INCLUDING FAST FOOD AND ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFETS!0 -
