I've been eating healthy, and under my calorie goal everyday. I've been dancing everyday for 30 minutes (Richard Simmons -Party Off The Pounds video is what I've been doing). I go to the gym and walk a few times a week. Ive been doing all of this for a long while now... So why am I not losing weight?

Since we can't see your diary we don't know what you are eating or how much.. You say you are under your calories-how far under? Not eating enough can also stall weight loss. I found I started losing once I upped my calories.0 -

I had no clue my page was private! Im not even sure how to change that.. Sorry. First off, that you so much for replying! Now.. It varies between 300-500 every day. I eat 3 meals a day, For breakfast I'll eat a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk. For lunch I'll have a lean hot pocket. And for dinner I eat a regular meal but a smaller portion of it. I drink tons of water everyday.0 -
