                    Good morning fellow challengers, we have made it to week 6 and it is our final weigh-in. Doing a little dance because this group was just what I needed to make it through the holidays and to stay motivated.
Final Weigh-in and Progress:
Week 1, Nov 26th: 178lbs
Week 2, Dec 2nd: 174.2 (-3.8lbs, must be a "woosh" week)
Week 3, Dec 9th: 171.8 (-2.4lbs)
Week 4, Dec 16th: 170.0 (-1.8lbs, 8lbs lost since the challenge - only 1 more to go)
Week 5, Dec 23th: 167.00 (-3.0lbs, 11lbs lost - goal met and surpassed)
Final, Dec 30th: 164.5 (-2.5lbs, 13.5 lbs lost, underate this week a bit becase I was at my Family's for the holidays and they are not vegetarian, so my options were a bit more limited)
Total Lost: -13.5 lbs (I think a lot of this also coincides with switching up my exercise routine and adding sprints, pacing and hill training to my running routine. Next to add some strength training...)

 Week 5, Dec 23rd: 189.8 (week: -2.6, total: 6.8) made progress, but now Christmas and onto the last week.

 Oh, I am soooooo happy. This seemed so hard with Christmas, Thanksgiving and everything in between. I did not think I would make it at all. But here I am getting by by the skin of my teeth.0

 Week 1, Nov 26th: 175.4
 Week 2, Dec 3rd: 174.0 (-1.4)
 Week 3, Dec 10th: 172.0 (-2, -3.4 total)
 Week 4, Dec 15th: 170.4 (-1.6, -5 total) This was TOM week, so I gained in the beginning of the week.
 Week 5, Dec 23rd: 169.8 (-0.6, -5.6 total) Another bad week with illness, a binge, and way too much on the calendar. :-(
 Final, Dec 30th: 171.8 (+2, -3.6 total)
 Final loss: 3.6 pounds 
 The last couple of weeks have been bad, between bronchitis and stomach ailments. My low-carb eating was thrown way off because my tummy couldn't handle heavier foods. My exercise dwindled to nothing, and I slept most of many days.
 Thank you all for this challenge, because it showed me what CAN be done when the body is doing what it's supposed to. LOL I look forward to continuing on with you in another thread or group. Lots of love, and Happy New Year!0

 well, totally missed the mark, but to be honest I think it went really well. I had platued something fierce before joining this group and I saw real weight loss and body composition changes which really encouraged me. it's really hard to stay on top of things when traveling for the holidays, but over all I think I did well (I also don't think all 3.3lbs that I gained this past week is fat, I had a lot of salt). this has renewed my faith in my ability to lose weight. thank you so much!!

            Just my two cents worth, but regardless how much we lost or didn't lose, everyone made humongous strides just surviving through the holidays without a 20lb gain. Congrats everyone! I'll join these each year from now on.0

            Started at 178.5 ended at 173.5 so only a 5 pound loss but feel good with my birthday, thanksgiving and Christmas in this 6 weeks. Great job everyone even if u gained or lost the key is changing your lifestyle and keep moving foward with this journey and not make this a yo-yo diet. Happy new years guys and be safe and have fun and dont worry about your calories tomorrow0

 I lost a total of 3.2lbs, its way less than I had initially planned and it sucks. But hey I survived through the holiday season and I didn't gain more weight!0

            All this holiday eating over the past week and a half has cost me to the tune of a 2.2 pound gain. So at my final weigh in I have lost 4.5 pounds which is half of the goal. Not too bad considering. Congratulations to all who came close, met or exceeded the goal. Looking forward to the January challenge :flowerforyou:0

 I stayed away from the scales for the past two weeks. Pms was not my friend. I am surprised to see that I actually lost considering all the crazy I've been eating. Didn't make 9lbs, but some is better than none.0
