Hello all. Jumping in on 1/3/13. I am looking to jump over the 190 hurdle in this challenge. I have been on a rather successful journey and have lost 39 lbs in the last 15 months. The pace has been a steady loss and steady healthy gains too. The weight has not come back on like it had in past years.
I have learned to portion my meals better, learned to be more active daily, and have taken up running (as boring as I still find it) as my best fitness tool in the New England tennis off season.

It's a new year and I am ready for a challenge to get myself back in gear. I'm already down about 60lbs. Hoping this Challenge will push me to get at least half way there if not more.
Current weight: 178 lbs (as of 1/2/13)
CGW: 165 lbs
UGW: 155 lbs
That puts me at a goal of 2-3lbs loss per week. We'll see if I can do it! Time to get moving. I should totally go out and buy a new dress as a goal for Valentine's day . . .0 -
