With so many plans out there, others may find it helpful to hear about which one works best for you and by inspired by your success story.

Honestly, what has worked for me is counting calories and exercise...no gimmicks- just following the plan myfitnesspal gave and sticking to that #. Then there's not a real limit on certain food groups etc, just paying attention and being accountable for what goes in your mouth. Oh and reducing sodium makes quite a difference too...0
