I did some house cleaning between each one to give myself a break. Now to finish giving the house a good cleaning. It hasn't had a one since before the holidays, but it's not too bad b/c it was only DH and myself here.

I did Les Mills "Pump and Shred" this morning and everything is sore! Going to walk later, then I will do the ab workout.0

Thanks for posting a day ahead. I did my ususal 35 min. eliptical workout this morning and then added one of the 10 min ab workouts that I have on DVD. On top of all that I rode my bike to work (only 2.2 miles each way). Feeling really good today!0

Jumping in late, but jumping in! This will be my first day, first challenge. I'm going from a no exercise lifestyle to getting moving by starting this challenge and a bit of wii fit fun. I figure I'll get more adventurous as I go. Excited to be a part of the group. Looks like you are all doing great things... very motivating! Now on to the abs challenge...0

Did it - those side planks are no joke though!! Holy cow. I couldn't actually quite get them down, but a lot of that had to do with where I had to exercise today I think - when I can use my mat downstairs again I'll be good to go. This was a great routine - flew by!0

Done, but only one set and with a few less reps than the host (man, I'm so out of shape!):
Superstar Abs workout (no ball):
Glute Bridge 15/15 reps
Reverse Crunch 15/15 reps
Regular Crunch 10/20 reps
Elbow-to-Knee Crunch 10/20 reps
Side Plank Left 10/10 2 second holds
Side Plank Right 10/10 2 second holds
Plank 25/30 seconds

Didn't do the video, but did abs after 30 min on the spinning bike.
40 Situps with 3kg medicine ball
30 seconds reclined side to side rotation with medicine ball
10 leglifts/reverse crunch/curl
20 bicycle crunches
1 minute regular plank
30 seconds side plank (each side)0 -

I did 747 calories by my HRM in 48 minutes today, including ab work. My commitment is to at LEAST 200 minutes of cardio each week. See you tomorrow!0

This is so great reading everyone's posts. I was embarrassed about how hard the side planks we're till I saw that many of us had trouble with them. Now I can laugh at myself and keep trying. I was able to do them all, but I know I'll get even better at them. Thanks. It's cool that we all could do the same workout.0

A day later and oh, man! My inner thighs are sore from the ball exercise and my sides are sore from the side planks! For only 6 minutes of exercise, I am amazed! I am adding this to my workout routine!0
