    I'm super new. Just signed up yesterday. Seeking a twin, mainly of similar age and caloric count.

    Age: 48 (F)
    Height: 5'5
    Daily caloric goal 1400
    CW: 168
    GW: 135
    Goal weight for the challenge: 150 (might be a bit ambitious, but I usually can lose 4 pounds just by eliminating Pop (soda) from my diet.

    Preferred workouts: Uh oh, my preferred workout is none, that's why I'm in this prediciment. Used to do eliptical and treadmill,, before I lost my free-gym source. But my preferred activity would be walking/hiking and biking and I need to start doing those again. Also would like to play tennis again.

    I'm married and my dh also needs to lose about 45 pounds. I've got one son in college and one a senior in high school and a dog that needs to be walked more, so she's gonna benefit too!
