    Good for you - just keep doing them, you will get better - trust me. If you don't do the three S's you're not doing it right - shake, sweat and swear!

    Will add each day:
    1/1/13: Day 1: 6 * 20 sec Straight Arm Planks - longest I could hold was for 25 secs -
    Monthly Total 2 minutes

    2/1/13: Day 2: 5 * 20 secs Straight Arm Planks and 1 * Straight Arm Planks 30 secs
    Monthly Total: 4 minutes 20 secs
