    Sorry I'm late :(

    Starting weight (current weight): 148.25lbs
    Goal weight by V-Day: 140lbs
    Ultimate goal weight (by my birthday march 16th): 133lbs

    Non weight goals:
    Drink at least 2 l water per day
    Log everything
    No booze in jan

    Just in time..... Starting Fresh any time is better than not starting fresh at all :smile:

    No worries.... Official log weights are from Monday to Friday. So you got in right in time!

    Just think how much lighter you're going to be at the end of it - even 1 pound is an achievement! :)

    Yeah, you're totally right. It's just embarrassing I guess to see in numbers how bad things have gotten. lol But it's better for me to be honest about it. It'll hold me accountable.

    Yeah, exactly. I started off at 277 (officially... I already started losing weight before realising/weighing myself) so if you ever want someone to talk to about how you're feeling or just anything at all, you're free to inbox me any time! :)

    Here is my update....

    I jumped on the scale this morning and gained 2 pounds :sad: (209) I knew it was going to happen. I had a terrible weekend. I had a good-bye get together Friday...dine out Saturday ( had nothing at home) yesterday had a big meal at Olive Gardens while celebrating my daugthers B-D and had cake too :embarassed:

    I started my week late...on the 2nd.

    I'm starting fresh today and will do my best this new week. I know I can do it!

    Thanks for the weigh in..... No worries. The end of the weigh in this week is Friday.... Maybe there will be a lower number between now and then and you can use that as this weeks weight... Good luck and let me know if you need anything.
