Newbie Question

I just ordered JM BR and it will arrive on Wednesday. Can I start it on a day other than Monday? It seems like such a ridiculous question, but everything I've read talks about a Monday start.

    you can start whenever, the workouts are structured with 6 days of exercise and 1 day rest, just depends on when you want your rest day to be. when i did ripped in 30 i was doing wednesdays to wednesdays.

    The reason you will find people talking about starting monday is because in the fitness schedule it is set out with workout 1 being monday and the first rest day being sunday. But it doesn't really matter as long as you can remember where you are on the schedule.

    Good luck whenever you decide to start:) I started on 11/26/2012 and will finish sometime in February. It is a great program and very manageable since most workouts are btwn 30-35 minutes start to finish. I pop in my DVD when I get home from work before dinner and have been sticking with it!
