    Me too! Never done it and don't usually count anything. Struggling a little with converting food to blocks to calories - looking up blocks is a bit of a hassle and it doesn't always track into the 40/30/30 split anyway (for ex. greek yogurt vs. regular are the same blockwise, but def. not in terms protein / fat / carb). I find it easier to just go for roughly a 40/30/30 per meal instead of blocks... This is all very new to me, so any tips welcome!! :-)

    I have this zone excel document calculator that I have and seems to help me. I printed it in 1 block page & also 3 block so can easily see quantity fast.
