Today I challenge you to do as many calf raises as you can.

    will do today is going to be a better day as far as the weather it stoped raining thank God so know i can take my walks !!! I love the fresh air and all!!! this weekend my biggest challenge was it was still cold and was not able to walk i did do my dancing i have a work out video so i did that!!!! I got a puppy on Friday so i was happy i have a new lil friend i have to get use to her cause she pees every where and popps everywere!!!! but she is sooo cute!!! ok this week i have to lose more than 1lb this week!!! lets do this!!!!

    I'm not familiar with Calf raises. Once I figure them out I'll as many as I can before I go to bed and then when I get up to get ready for work again.

    What kind of puppy did you get. My dog is my best workout buddy even though I'm more in shape than she is now courtesy of my trainer. Congrats on the loss!

    she is a lil taco bell dog i can't spell it ahahahahah its hard to train her to go to bathroom!!!! but she is only 2 months old!!!!

    So cute! She'll be great for forcing walks in ;)

    Calf raises are really easy. Stand with your feet together then raise your heels of the ground. Hold for a second and lower. That's it :)

    Howdy--I did 120 calf raises---would have done more, but I was at parent-teacher conferences all night and spent most of my time on my tush. Looking forward to the next challenge!! Dee

    I forgot to do any :( But I did work out and burn 500 calories yesterday. xD
