Sick for 2 weeks-need advice

Hey guys! I was just about to do my W4D3 work out and I came down with a cold/sinus infection that has sidelined me for 2 1/2 weeks. I'm on antibiotics and feeling like i can get back out and run but I'm wondering where I should start? Should I try Week 4 or drop back to week 3 or what? Any advice? Thanks!

If it was me I would do one of the week 3 runs and see how I feel doing the 3-minute run. If that feels good, then try a week 4 run for your next run of the week. If you are still feeling good, finish out the week with the last week 4 run. Then move on to week 5.0
