Right, got it sussed and got my scales working again. My only conclusion is that my last week's reading was a glitch and I must have been at about 177 lbs (looking at my readings over Xmas).

Got the 1 lb this week! The really sweet thing about it is that I have a body fat scale and if that is to be believed, it was exactly one pound of fat lost!
