today i did Les Mills Combat HIIT and Inner Warrior (Stretch and Strength). I've just started Combat 2 days ago and so far loving it! Its different than anything else I've done before...not "dancey" like TurboFire and more technical than Kenpo P90X.0 -

Slim in 6- Burn it up! Im a new Beachbody coach, and at first I thought slim in 6 wasnt going to be challenging enough... um I was wrong! Resistance bands are really toning up my flabby arms/ triceps! Im on week 4 , may go a little longer then try out ChaLEAN Extreme. Seems to pretty popular!0
