    Great article! As someone who has cortisol issues anyway, I've gone towards a paleo diet in In November hope to alleviate and get my body back to a norm. I was a vegan for almost 2 years, and I was miserably tired and my blood levels were all out of whack.

    These are great reminders of what to do because all of the carb-heavy/low-fat messages that are played everywhere can lead us astray sometimes.

    The Whole 30 got me free from a lot of these habits I was doing. I am trying to incorporate exercise back in, but I have to remind myself slow and steady to get back in and now blow out in the first week.

  • Good article...I like the part about sleep (we are looking into purchasing blackout curtains for our bedroom) and the paleo-fying everything...

    Happy Dance! I am 'Mistake Free'. LOL!!!
    I do eat Almonds every day but ONLY 1 OZ / day and I do weigh my almonds so I would say that I am doing pretty good. Thanks for sharing!
