Slow Metabolism (very low RMR)

I had my Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) tested today and it is WAY low (802 and should be about 1300!) (RMR is the calories you burn if you do absolutely nothing all day.)
I'm told I am a "sugar burner" and don't burn fat efficiently. I do bootcamp and always workout at a very high intensity (my anaerobic threshold is 174). However, I gain weight immediately if I don't work out (because my metabolism is so slow!)
The trainer told me to do just 2 days of bootcamp and on other days do very low intensity workouts (like walking slowly - booooring for me). Any other suggestions for getting my metabolism back on track??? Thanks!

I have only ever heard that eatting lots of small meals through out the day can boost your matabolism but that is just what I have heard0

Try a strength training class, pilates, yoga and utube has plenty. I do a dvd ballet beautiful and work with my own body weight, extremely difficult. I burn more calories with this dvd as oppose to Les Mills Body Pump class.0
