I would like to know what gym do you go to or you workout at home? I used to go to fit 4 life but my friend goes to this other place where it has a hot tub, pool ect so i might change there.

I go to Carrefour Multisports in Laval, close to my house, I can enjoy the Zumba classes, do my elliptical trainer, plus I play badminton with my boy friend when he feels like exercising. There's also a hot tub and a sona.0

I go to the Energie Cardio int he Complex Dejardens (or however you spell that). It's nice, small, not super crowded (as long as you avoid the lunch hour rush), and clean.
I'm just so afraid to do a class there. My French is way less than perfect...0 -
im not good in french as well. i don't have friends that speak it so its a bit hard lol0

I go to the women's only Energie Cardio above the Loblaws in Kirkland. It has a drop-in day care, which is what I need with a 9mth old baby and no family around to babysit. It's pretty small, and the smells from the bakery right below gets tempting, but besides that, I like it very much0

i got to Nautilus Plus at Place Mtl Trust ! i love going to this gym, the trainers are really nice, never too crowded there's a lot of cardio machines so u never have to wait for one (well i haven't) so it's cool0

I actually use the ETS gym at Notre Dame and Peel, it's actually extreemly well equipped, even though it's full of younger guys who don't have a clue and are pretty loose with the gym edicate.0

I go to the EnergiCardio Plateau Mt Royal. Been going there (or at least paying!) since 1999! I've tried other gyms, but always go back. It is small, I work out in the daytime so it's never crowded. Not the most elaborate gym, but has what I need.
Otherwise, I run in Parc Lafontaine, do sprints in Parc Baldwin and workout at home for certain exercises...0 -
I go to the Y on Parc.
So do I !0 -
Prestige in Lasalle on Newman. Best people and gym community I have ever seen. Im hooked for life. Also 300 for 12 months for a male, 275 i beleive for 12 months for a female0

I go to Golds Gym in Beaconsfield..I love it there, and it's 24H during the week. Every once in awhile, after my son goes to bed at 8pm, we have dinner, and then my husband flips on the TV and I head off to the gym (so the 24H comes in handy because I don't have to worry about being kicked out..)0

Club Sportif Côte de Liesse (on the 520, near airport). It's a huge place that's very nice, Additionally, lots of indoor tennis courts (that I don't use)0

Do you work near CDL? I work at CAE and was thinking of going to CDL when I return to work after maternity leave..
How do you like it?0 -
I like CDL because it's never crowded in the gym area which is big and spread out. Plus, some of the treadmills and bikes have individual TVs, which makes the time pass. The locker room is large and clean. I think lots of people go for the tennis.0

Energi Cardio on Mont Royal east. Been going there (with varying degrees of consistency) since 1999. Tried other gyms, but always seem to go back to that one. Small, comfortable and 12 minute walk from my house0

I go to the Palestra on 1st Avenue in Lachine and located in the Catalogna Soccer Plex. It was recommended to me by a personal trainer friend of mine who knows the owners. Plenty of equipment, plenty of parking during the week day mornings when I go, but if you when there is soccer going on parking is another kettle of fish. Years ago I used to drive out to the Monster Gym on Hymus, I don't even know if it still exists.
The only time that I've gone there to find it crowded was on a weekend.0 -
I train at the gym at ETS close to downtown...0
