I'm still the same, but TOM has finally decided to make an appearance (I got all symptoms but never a visit last month) so hopefully the water weight will drop and I can get off this silly plateau.:grumble:0

My weight and measurements have been all over the place this past week, but - as of today - I'm down a bit overall. TOM just left, though, so the losses could be due to his bloated butt leaving... Here it is:

My week 1 weight is: 141. This is down a pound from where I was right after Xmas (my last weigh in was 2 weeks ago.) It's still however up 6 lbs from where I was 6 weeks ago. That's the goal.
Congrats to those who lost. I love reading stories of losing inches! Great job. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so as you lose the flab the weight loss will slow (that's what I keep telling myself...I'm not losing as rapidly because I have way more muscle now than I did before, and the fat is slow going!)0 -

I held steady on my weight, no loss, no gain. The change in my weight that appears on my ticker is not a gain, just that I finally updated my 3 LB Christmas gain when I weighed again this morning. I've been consistent though and am getting my workouts in so I expect to see more progress soon. Angela, still 205.0
