    Dag, I'm behind..I'm just now seeing this challenge.. is this something we have to do and log every day on here?

    (from yesterday wednesday 1/9) = 18 points ( I couldn't reach out to a teamate, bc i hadn't seen the teams yet! ) lol Have a great day folks.

    5 points - If you logged your food diary and stayed within your calorie goals

    5 points - If you got at least 30 minutes of exercise for the day (it doesn't matter intensity or if it was all at once)

    but today went like this.

    Cardio #4 - 2 mile run @ 27:17
    50 squats
    30 minute walk
    15 minutes walk
    30 minutes of exercise = +5

    4 servings veggies +5
    2 servings fruit +3
    within budget +5
    >64oz H2O +3
    contacted 5 teammates +1

    +22 and yes, I am an overachiever... the difficulty is when I have extra long days at work... today I'm on the road, in a hotel... went out and walked this evening in the freezing cold... yummy!!

    I was thinking Kale! :laugh: For the veggies, there is about 1/2 cup for a serving so you can have 1 cup of veggies with dinner and you already knock two servings off. Also, juicing, adding a veggie to an omelet, or adding some into your soup could be some veggie adding ideas. I know I didn't get my veggies yesterday, so it can be a challenge for me too. Even if you don't get all of your servings, the idea is to push yourself harder into a healthy lifestyle. So if you ate one serving when you usually don't eat any, you still get a thumbs up in my book! I read a quote yesterday that I think is very true.. "If you change nothing, nothing will change".

    My points for Wednesday January 9th were as follows:

    5 points - yes, as long as you count the veggies in my soups


    5 points - yes

    5 points - no, was on travel...boo!

    16 points total for Wednesday. I will get them all today :-)

    Getting all that in is a real challenge on the road. You did fab! Those veggie in your soup definitely count! That must have been difficult to get all that water in while traveling. I would have been stopping for the bathroom every five minutes or so!:blushing:
