    These numbers come from my Omron Body Composition Monitor with Scale; however, when my BodyBugg web site calulates my body fat % with my actual messurements my Body fat % is 33.7%

    Body fat %: 42.4% (very high) Goal below 33.9%
    Visceral Fat level: 9 (normal)
    Muscle Mass%: 24.3% (normal) Goal above 30.2
    BMI 27.9 (overweight) Goal below 25

    I am new to exercising and counting calories. Therefore, it is baby steps for me. I will work hard to catch up to my Biggest Loser team with the over 1,000 calories burned daily...... I am learning to track my calories burned on my Sportline Solo 925W Women's Heart Rate Monitor + Pedometer Watch. Keyword is learning.

    I am new to exercising and counting calories. Therefore, it is baby steps for me. I will work hard to catch up to my Biggest Loser team with the over 1,000 calories burned daily......     I've been doing this for over a year now. It does take time. Work at your pace but don't be afraid to come out of your comfort zone.
