    I am getting quite a few friend requests where the profiles are set to private. I respect your decision to do that; however, If I'm open to you, I expect the same in return. I will not keep friends that I have no idea who you are (no photo and your profile is private). It's a personal preference. I need to know who I'm friends with. If you have your profile set to private and you still want to be friends, you will have to change your setting. If you choose not to, I will delete you. Thank you.

    Wednesday - 18 mins of doing (1 mile) laps in the gym - 96 calories burned
    23 minutes of doing C25K Week 3 day 1 on treadmill - 200 calories burned.

    To add friends click on their name below their picture. This will take you to their profile. Then chose the ADD FRIEND button and if you want you can include a note about why you are wanting to be friends. Then wait for them to respond. :)

    Everyone is doing so good. Remember it does not matter if you do not make it to 3500. What counts is being active! So, does everyone have a game plan for the WEEKEND? I know for me that is a hard time for food and exercise. For example this weekend, I have 2 parties to attend and I do not want to overeat. If we stay active here, and keep posting our exercises we can get through the weekend.

    Wednesday - January 9, 2013 - Burned 326 Calories - Brisk Walking

    I am new to exercising and counting calories. Therefore, it is baby steps for me. I will work hard to catch up to my Biggest Loser team with the over 1,000 calories burned daily...... I am learning to track my calories burned on my Sportline Solo 925W Women's Heart Rate Monitor + Pedometer Watch. Keyword is learning.

    You are doing great. I am making snail like progress. Is calories counted on MFP way to go. I walked for one hour it states 250 calories. Do you think this is correct? Others have walking for one hour and over 300 calories. I never know what is correct.

    Burned 500 calories walking uphill on the treadmill for 45 mins.

    I'm determined to complete this week's challenge for myself & my team.

    LittleLucy23....you need to figure out how fast you are walking..As for me, I'm on a treadmill. I walk at a pace of 3.8. I go 3.5 miles in 60 minutes and I burn about 411 claories. I also use a bodybugg that calulates my calories. Hope that helps. Barb

    I will be be continuing the Turbo Fire plus the air climb stepper on Saturday but on Sun, I don't do any exercise!! That's one of my rest days.

    That could be accurate if you logged it in as a slow pace walk. The last time I logged walking for 1 hr at fast pace, I burned 490 cals. Hope this helps.
