DAY 4: Post your 4th day activities here

His starting weight was 700 lbs and lost 150 lbs in 20 weeks to compete at Spartan Race and he did it with pure determination and hard work! After watching this, I absolutely have no excuse to get my 30 minutes of workout in today. I hope this will kickstart your morning :-) thanks to my baby bro for sharing this video with me. He encouraged me to do the Spartan Race in November! Aroo!

    The warm up on the treadmill was killer then I kinda zoned into the music and pushed myself to finish fast :) I'm even tempted to do weights this afternoon any thoughts on giving it a day of rest? also with alternating days of 2 miles and weights do I really need my leg exercises?

    I thought I may just change mine to say I run for potatoe chips and whip cream :D after I'm at goal of course

    It's so funny you mention that Dragonfly. When I'm craving something super bad, I try to remind myself, that once I get to my goal, then my exercise calories can be used towards that special treat. I just don't want to use them now as I like the deficit!

    Not had a chance to get my 30 in today, but I will. If it wasn't for the group I would probably not be doing it today. But I committed to it, so I will! :)

    Hello All !!
    I'm at work till 5 but will do my 30 tonight . .
    my 'plan' is once again Kinect Adventures .. I'm on Intermediate level -
    I also have the Dancing game so 40 mins of Dancing might work !!
    I will trying to set up the Xbox LIVE PLAY FIT App that will help me track the calories burned so I can calculate properly.
    I will check in AFTER I do it !!!

  • Hope everyone is having a great Thursday! I jump started my morning by hopping on the elliptical for an hour...woo hoo!!! Just by doing this the last couple of days, I feel better already :)

    So impressed with everyone's progress! Great job everyone! I'll be putting in my 30 minutes of incline walk + 30 secs plank + 100 crunches! Let's do this!

    Great job everyone. I played 30 minutes of xbox connect adventures, then 25 minutes on the treadmill and 15 more doing toning exercise.

    Went to Zumba class tonight... found out that they our gym is going from offering it twice a week to 4 times a week... SOOO excited!!

    Happy to report I finished my Week 2, Day 2 Couch 2 5K challenge. I ran/walked an average of 30 minutes @ 4.3 mph. (Alternated running for 90 seconds @ 5.0 with walking for 2 minutes @ 4.0 for 30 minutes)...that sure DID make me sweat :):)

    I've been making it my mission to get a jump on spring cleaning the crap out of my house. Yup, I work up a sweat when I do it. It counts for me, AND I'm being productive. :-)

    OK ... I DID AN HOUR !! Woo Hoo .. Then I did 15 mins of vacuuming !
    I was definitley sweaty !!
