    Today i walked on the treadmill, 34 minutes of biggest loser. Hope you're all well.

    Well today i walked on the treadmill 1 hour. did biggest loser for 40 minutes. and it was the perfect ending to a rotten week i drop a dumdbell on my toes lol.

    It looks like I'm getting in a routine again. Managed to do Strength & Relief today. All I can say is......ow!

    Today I did Cardio Recovery and that felt nice! 2 more workouts this week before I complete month 1!
    Cannot believe how quick it all goes!

    Okay, I'm officially taking it day by day and just taking the rest of the holiday off lol. I LOVE to exercise - its fun for me and keeps me in a good mood.But, I've gone and hurt my foot/leg, and I can't exercise because I need it to heal. I want to run around- but I can't .

    Took the weekend off, the hit it hard on Monday with chalean extreme. Lean circuit 1 and fat blasting workout done as of today
