**DISTRACTION ALERT**

I know you are all anxiously awaiting the team postings (I SWEAR I'M WORKING ON THEM RIGHT NOW - at 2am EST).

In the meantime (since it will probably be Saturday afternoon before I get them sorted out), I thought you all might like a little side conversation about one of my favorite things...

WEDDING WEBSITES!

It's something you can do early, even if you're "almost" engaged AND maybe your fiance will even help you a little by writing your engagement story.

    Our website is www.skeenswedding.com. My fiance is getting into web design so he got to get some practice in by making our wedsite.

    Don't mind the spam in our guestbook, he's still trying to figure out how to get rid of it... they just keep coming back, even through security measures. I told him to just take the guestbook down lol.

    http://NichollsAndBarger.ourwedding.com is our wedding site that I started just a couple weeks ago. :) I like it because it's simple to use, and I love the idea of listing it on our invitations. That way, we can tell them any changes made will be on the website, and we don't have to call everyone up! ^_^ Awesome idea!

    Elizabeth - I chose the background of the website because it was beige-y and blue. The colors of our wedding are blue & champagne and I thought the butterflies were pretty. I hadn't intended on using them in the wedding but its an option. We met on plenty of fish.com. I love your website its so detailed! You must have spent so many hours working on it!

    I've really slacked on my wedding site, but it's through weddingwire.com and I've relied greatly on that site for all my planning :)

    It's invaluable! I update it regularly and people get a lot of info off of it. I guess it sort of depends how much detail you put up, though. Feel free to look at ours if you want :)
