so are we supposed to do this new push-up challenge in addition to keeping week one's challenges continuing?
I suck at push-ups but will try it. would love to improve my arm strength. I suppose a week of push-ups will be a good start.0 -
I missed week one...but am ready and willing to start with week 2 and on.
