We've got some really great losses this week again!!! Congrats!!! If you are finding its a struggle this week, take the time to review last week and make adjustments! Sometimes no adjustments are needed AT ALL! It's just your body and the scale not seeing eye to eye. :grumble:
For me, my calories were under almost every day but I feel I ate too much processed, snacky junk. HIGH SODIUM LEVELS! Its gonna be close on my weigh in. I kinda wish I had checked the scale sooner so I could make adjustments sooner. :sad:
I haven't posted updates on weight loss this week..... Dellmech has offered to post his NICE, FANCY CHART at the end of the week for us! It looks so much nicer than what I can do. THANK YOU DELLMECH!!!
But I did want to take a moment to say CONGRATS to our big losers and to keep your chin up to our not so big losers... Like me! Learn from this past week and move forward to a stronger, healthier week next week!!!!!!0 -

My scale said 162 lbs. for a 2 lb. loss. A first week water weight loss. I'm 46 so it will be slow going after this.
My goal is 135 lbs. by 7/30.
1/1- 168 lbs.
1/8- 164 lbs.
1/15-162 lbs.

Because I'm all about making this a lifestyle that fits YOUR LIFE, I am NOT making anyone weigh in on a certain day of the week. Weigh in on whatever day of the week that works for YOU!
However, when you go to report to us your loss, PLEASE, PLEASE POST IT TO PROPER THREAD.... Look at the dates of "weight loss thread" and post it to the thread that includes your date that you weighed in.... So for example if you weighed in on Jan 7 than you should post to 1/1 THRU 1/8 WEEK 1 WEIGHT LOSS THREAD but if you weighed in on Jan 10 than you post to 1/9 THRU 1/15 WEEK 2 WEIGHT LOSS POST.
I'm trying to keep it simple. It'll get easier as we get through the first couple of weigh ins.
